Therefore, to ensure a successful program is implemented a critical first step is to complete a needs assessment/audit to identify gaps, successes and improvements in the current state of the organizations DEI.  Our Diversity and Inclusion Assessment focuses on both quantitative and human factors of your organization. Our assessment will help you look at the big picture, define objectives and begin implementing or improving diversity practices.

KPT Consultants will meet with your leadership team to understand your organizations culture and D&I objectives. After developing an understanding of your culture, objectives and expectations we will do the following:

– Build and administer customized survey’s for your employees and/or clients

– Conduct Focus Group(s) as needed

– Review current policies and practices

– Analyze the data collected and prepare a report of our findings and recommendations for your leadership team

– Meet with key stakeholders to deliver the report and discuss findings and recommendations
