We will facilitate strategy conversations and assessments with your leadership team and key stakeholders to define a strategy with clear objectives that is inline with the organization’s vision, mission, values and goals.
PLAN IMPLEMENTATION/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ensuring there is a strong project team and detailed plan in place is critical for successful execution. We will work with you to create and manage this plan, including budget management, communication strategy and training initiatives for all levels of the organization. In addition, we will help work through any obstacles or challenges that may arise such as meeting with Boards for approval or aligning key stakeholders.
It is important with any initiative to define the metrics that will determine success on the on-set. This is critical for any organization to evaluate and track performance and to ensure there is a system and/or process in place to track performance from project initiation.
EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE REVIEW
Review all areas of the employee experience from recruitment and on-boarding to off-boarding. This includes a review of the organizations Employee Handbook and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
HR POLICY AND PROCESS REVIEW
Your HR policies and processes reflect your organizations culture. We will review existing policies and processes to identify any areas that need change to foster a more inclusive workplace. Once completed, we will deliver a report and participate in a work planning session to operationalize changes that support the strategic goals.
PAY EQUITY AUDITS
Pay equity is a core component to creating an inclusive work environment free of discrimination. We will review salaries throughout your organization considering several variables including gender and race. The goal is to identify potential inequities and recommend strategies to close pay gaps. The end result is a pay strategy that supports a workplace free of pay discrimination.
